Time commitment: Minimum of one shift per week (around 4 hours) Shifts available Monday – Sunday, between 9am and 5pm We’ll discuss what works best for you and the shop team. Where you’ll be based: We have nine shops across Hampshire, and a warehouse and donation centre in Southampton city, near the Itchen Bridge.Your base will depend on where you choose to volunteer and what’s most convenient for you. What you’ll be doing: This role is varied, and no two shifts are the same. Typical activities include: Receiving donations and sorting stock Replenishing and rotating items on the shop floor Merchandising stock and helping with window displays Serving customers on the till Being an ambassador for Mountbatten in the local community and answering questions about our work You don’t need previous retail experience – we’ll show you what to do.
