As part of your application, we ask for the details of two referees. If you can provide this information now, this will significantly speed up your journey to becoming a Mountbatten Hampshire volunteer. Your referees should have known you for at least two years, be over 18 years old and able to vouch for you. They should not be related to you or live in the same household. If you are currently employed or have recently left a job, one referee should be your employer. If you are volunteering or have volunteered in the past, one referee should be your volunteer placement contact. If you are unable to provide referees now, this can be done at a later time.
