Associate Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Band 6 – Community 

Contract: Permanent | Part time: 30 hours a week | Salary: £36,662 per annum (£40,827 FTE)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Community Team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to people with palliative and end-of-life care needs in their own homes or preferred place of care.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and out-of-hours providers, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, while helping to promote clinical excellence and a positive learning environment for healthcare colleagues.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance are essential.

Choir Lead

Contract for Services (self-employed) | 3 hours a week, plus events | £35 per hour to be paid monthly via invoice

At Mountbatten, music brings people together. Our choir is a cherished part of hospice life, and we are looking for a Choir Lead to guide and grow this community.

You will lead weekly rehearsals, choosing a mix of uplifting and reflective music for people of all abilities. Your goal is to create a sense of connection and joy, preparing the group for occasional performances at hospice events to support our care.

We are looking for a confident, compassionate musical leader who can adapt to the needs of staff, volunteers, and those we support. If you believe in the power of music to soothe and connect, we would love to hear from you.
