At Mountbatten Hampshire, we provide free care and support for anyone living with a life-limiting illness, such as cancer, heart failure, lung disease, advanced dementia, or motor neurone disease. We also support people who are frail and elderly and those who may have many different, complex illnesses at the same time. You don’t need to be in the final stages of life to receive our support; we are here to help you and your family at any stage of your illness. Our teams are dedicated to supporting your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while also supporting your loved ones during difficult times. Care is provided across various settings, such as: Patients' own homes across Southampton and large parts of Hampshire Nursing, residential, and care homes Our inpatient unit Outpatient services in the Hazel Centre in our hospice building for improving well-beingโ In-person and online counselling and bereavement support We aim to help you live the best life possible, providing care tailored to your individual needs.
