In 2025, Walk the Test Way for five miles, from Mottisfont to Romsey in Hampshire, to raise funds for Mountbatten Hampshire.

What is the Walk the the Test Way five mile route?

Mottisfont is a small village north of Romsey, home to the National Trust-run Mottisfont Abbey, which dates to the 18th century.

This route passes the church of St Andrew and crosses the River Dun just before it joins the river Test.

Lanes and tracks skirt around the village of Awbridge before entering Squabb Wood.

Emerging from the woodland, you will be greeted by Romsey Abbey, which dates to the 10th century.

Go past Sadlers Mill and its salmon leap and down into Romsey's Memorial Park.
