In 2025, Walk the Test Way for 25.5 miles, from St Mary Bourne to Romsey in Hampshire, to raise funds for Mountbatten Hampshire.

What is the Walk the the Test Way 25.5 mile route?

The longest walk on Walk the Test Way crosses the river Test and farm tracks, as well as one of the great prehistoric roads, the Harrow Way.

You route will pass through more farmland and around the beautiful eastern edge of Harewood Forest, a remnant of ancient coppiced woodland, and Longparish with its many listed buildings, including the early 13th century church of St Nicholas.

Walk through the pretty hamlet of Forton, on the banks of the Test.

Stroll through Harewood Forest, on Second World War concrete tracks that concealed vehicles from enemy aircraft.

Head to Wherwell and onwards to Romsey's Memorial Park, where there'll be a warm finish-line welcome and a medal!

Signed-up walkers are taken by a private coach from Romsey to their starting location.
