In 2025, Walk the Test Way for 16 miles, from Wherwell to Romsey in Hampshire, to raise funds for Mountbatten Hampshire.

What is the Walk the the Test Way 16 mile route?

Wherwell is a small village on the River Test.

Its name comes from the phrase 'bubbling springs'.

This part of the route uses an old dismantled railway line to lead you down to Stockbridge. The river is always beside you, peeping through the trees, passing the villages of Leckford, Longstock, across the river.
