Aim of Mountbatten Hampshire's course

This training session will cover the importance of oral healthcare and the potential effect on the general health and wellbeing of the people we care for, up to and including at end of life. Develop knowledge, skills, and confidence in all aspects of oral healthcare.

Course Content

• To explore oral health and how poor oral healthcare impacts general health and well-being.
• To explore how to give mouth care and management advice to include recommended tools
• To provide practical tips and strategies to help those that resist oral care.
• To explore completing an oral health assessment and understand when and how to raise concerns.

Cancellation policy:

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change plans. However, to ensure our costs are covered in the event of cancellation the following charges will apply.

• Cancellations (and requests to transfer bookings to another date) made with at least 8 weeks’ notice will incur a £25 administration fee.

• No refund of course fees (partial or full) will be available where notice to cancel is received within 8 weeks of the course start date, or in the event of non-attendance or partial attendance.

Notice to cancel or transfer your booking must be made by email to [email protected].If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Mountbatten cancels a course you will be given the option to transfer your booking or receive a full refund of the course fees.
