Skydivers raise over £3,000 for Mountbatten Hampshire In June 2026, people from across Hampshire took part in a fundraising skydive for your local hospice, Mountbatten Hampshire. Emma Rose, Lisa Wing and Erin Harries all took the leap from 10,000 feet, high above Salisbury, facing their fears in an adrenaline-filled challenge in support of Mountbatten's 24/7 end-of-life care. Friends, family and supporters gathered on the day to cheer them on, creating a fantastic atmosphere as each skydiver completed their jump. *UPDATE" Our fourth skydiver, Jessica Green, made her jump on 27 June. It brings the final total raised by our intrepid quartet to £3,256.53 and we are very grateful to them for taking the leap - their fundraising changes lives ad deaths across Southampton and large parts of Hampshire. Ella Saggers said: “We’re so grateful to everyone who took part in the skydive — it’s such an incredible and brave challenge to take on. The atmosphere on the day was amazing, and it was fantastic to see so many people supporting each other. The money raised will make a real difference to the people we care for, and their families.” From everyone at Mountbatten, a huge thank you to those who took part, donated and supported our skydivers along the way.
