News, reports, events News Sholing FC youth managers and former Saints players play in memory of Kevin Roe Sholing FC youth managers and former Saints players are to play football in memory of a Southampton FC coach driver, raising money for Mountbatten Hampshire and causes supported by Ex-Saints. On 1 May, 2026 Hampshire football fans will gather for the inaugural Kevin Roe Charity Football Match, at the Mortgage Decision Stadium (home of Sholing FC). Money raised will be shared 50/50, between your local hospice, Mountbatten Hampshire, and causes supported by Ex Saints — a group of former Southampton FC stars. Kevin’s son, Dan Roe, is organising the event, which will bring together players and supporters for an evening of remembrance, celebration and fundraising. Kevin Roe was a proud supporter of both Sholing FC and Southampton FC. He also worked as a coach driver for Saints’ first team. Kevin died in the care of Mountbatten Hampshire in 2025.
