News, reports, events News How to join goPhysio’s Pilates challenge in aid of charities including Mountbatten Hampshire Chandlers Ford-based physiotherapist, goPhysio, will lead 25 Hours of Movement later this month (June), in aid of charities including Mountbatten Hampshire. The challenge begins at 2.30pm on Thursday, 25 June and will run until 3.30pm on Friday, 26 June. The fundraising challenge promises 25 classes over 25 hours, celebrating 25 years of the organisation's work in Hampshire. Highlighting the importance of movement, a series of hourly sessions will include Pilates, Reformer Pilates, chair movement and stretch. Scroll down for how to book a session (or many sessions!)... Each session will be delivered with a twist, including with glow sticks, Pilates and Lattes and even cocktails, adding to the atmosphere and to keep the trainers motivated over their epic challenge. You can sign up for one session or many, plus there will be challenges and prize draws along the way. The aim is to bring the community together while celebrating movement, as well as raising as much money as possible for Hampshire charities: Your local hospice, Mountbatten Hampshire; Open Sight; baby necessities; and Shepherds Down School.
