How to find us

Our hospice building, which includes the inpatient unit and Frances Sheldon Centre is at:

Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3JB.

🚗By car

Mountbatten Hospice is a short distance from West End, Southampton. Onsite parking is free of charge but can be very limited during peak times. When parking is limited, we kindly ask you to double-park if necessary and provide your vehicle details at reception to help us manage the space efficiently. Our main reception is located on the right side of the hospice building.

Visiting and opening hours

Inpatient unit:

🕧 Visitors are welcome to visit a loved one on our inpatient unit any time of day or night, seven days a week.

Frances Sheldon Centre:

🕧 Reception hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday. The centre is also open on various evenings for events and social groups.

Cafe (in the Frances Sheldon Centre):

🕧 8am to 4pm Monday - Friday. 10am to 2pm on Saturdays
