Muriel was supported by Mountbatten’s Community Team at home from the very start of her cancer journey. They visited her regularly, relayed information to her GP to get any additional medication to make her comfortable and offered her advice to support her needs. When Muriel had to go into the hospice the staff and volunteers were wonderful, they made her last days as comfortable as possible and took such great care of her with love and kindness.
We would like to ask for donations instead of flowers for Muriel’s funeral to support Mountbattens services and the precious work they do. Tracey Barnes
