We couldn't have cared for mum at home without the support of the Mountbatten Team. Mum made it very clear that she did not want to die in hospital or a care home or hospice. She wanted to be with her family, especially her loving husband, George. The team were amazing not only in caring for mum's needs but always being there for us as well, listening to us when times were tough. I am proud that the family pulled together to make this happen, but so thankful to the Mountbatten Team for their support and commitment to us as a family. Carol Gornall
