Located close to the city centre, David Lloyd Southampton has excellent facilities that include indoor and outdoor pools, a cutting-edge gym and plenty of exercise classes. All that, and 18 tennis courts - it's the ideal place to invest quality time in your well-being. Depending on the type of membership you choose, you’ll have use of the gym, swimming pool, spa, racquets courts, exercise classes and Clubroom. Plus, to help you make the most of your time in Club, we also offer supplementary services such as the onsite creche, Kids Club and coaching and personal training, available at an additional cost. 

'Here at David Lloyd Southampton, we have chosen Mountbatten Hampshire Hospice as it is close to our hearts. We are doing so in order to raise money in the memory of one of our dear friends and colleagues Polly, who sadly lost her life in November 2023. Polly, also known as Sara, was a truly amazing wife, mother, grandma and dear friend to us all here at David Lloyd Southampton.'
